Brand is what people say when you're not in the room. Stop obsessing over vague missions; your focus must be your growth audience and clear customer insight. Our 7-step strategy builds commercial propositions via positioning, personality, identifying your 'monster,' and the 5 Ps. Crucially, we say brand work isn't immeasurable magic: it must be measured against specific, growth-driving objectives. Brand strategy isn't one-and-done, it evolves.
