Take a nosey at a few of our amazing team

No, we're not a bunch of freelancers. We're a team of hand-picked marketers from brand backgrounds who are hired by us, trained by us and mentored continuously as they help brands grow the Brand Hackers Way™.

Meet our founder, Lottie

Lottie Unwin profile picture

Brand Hackers was the happiest accident.

As a fractional Marketing Director, I kept running into the same challenges. Either no one executed my thinking, I was an expensive doer, or I managed junior teams I wouldn’t have hired. So I built my own and started renting it to brands. The impact was instant.

I am obsessed with how to grow brands - not just the strategy and execution but the people and the culture too. Across Up Talent, Up World, and Brand Hackers, I help brands scale with the right strategy and team. Honestly, I have the best job in the world.

At Brand Hackers, we believe business should be a force for good. Growth isn’t just about increasing revenue or scaling a brand, it’s about making a real impact. That’s why 2% of all our revenue goes towards supporting women facing systemic barriers.

The only marketing email worth opening

We won’t spam you. We won’t send you generic “insights” you could get from AI LinkedIn gurus. We'll send you actual marketing advice that works for free (with zero corporate cringe).
